Master Association
ICON Management Services, Inc. is your management company for the Master Association.  ICON assigns a Community Association Manager to your property—they are supported by a Regional Director and the ICON accounting department. Examples of what the Master is responsible for include:
  • New Homeowner processing, orientation and membership
  • Manages all common area maintenance & landscape (including golf course)
  • Processes final review of ARC requests
  • Manages all transfer of membership/leasing applications
  • Maintains Master Association Website www.lakewoodnationalgc.com
  • Gate Access (including transponders)
  • Pet Waste Station Maintenance
  • Amenity Center/Pool Issues
Homeowners should contact the onsite Property Manager with any questions, comments or concerns related to the Master Association.

Sub-Associations
Any owner of a coach home, terrace or veranda building are not just a member of the Master Association, but also a member of a sub-association. Tropical Isle is the management company for the sub-associations. Examples of what the sub-association is responsible for include:
  • Manages all maintenance & landscape adjacent to the buildings
  • Maintains Sub-Association Association Websites
  • Pest control for the building
  • Exterior Building Cleaning/Maintenance
  • Dumpster Related Issues
Sub-Associations owners not only pay their Master annual assessments, but are also responsible for their sub-association quarterly assessments.
